As a FOH teammate, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer experiences and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time at LOOK! Requirements
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service
- Excellent vocal and motivational skills to engage with guests and encourage your team
- TABC certification and a Food Handler's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capability to stand for 6 to 9 hours at a time
Responsibilities
- Embody and uphold the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
- Take ownership for all guest interactions and prioritize the overall guest experience
- Greet and welcome guests with passion
- Assist guests in using the OneDine system for ordering
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness standards in the venue, including theater seats, handrails, and tables
- Stay informed about the films and events playing in our theaters
- Resolve guest issues with the support of the management team
- Cultivate an encouraging and collaborative working environment with all LOOK team members
- Enforce alcohol, food, safety, and sanitation regulations
