About The Position

Barracuda is a busy, high-volume neighborhood taco stand and margarita garden offering outdoor dining and takeout. We focus on high-quality tacos made with fresh tortillas, simple preparation, accessible pricing, and fostering fun, memorable experiences for a diverse community. We are hiring team members looking to grow within the company.

Requirements

• Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team.
• Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift).
• Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds).
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an exceptional and consistent experience.
• Implement Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
• Greet customers.
• Prepare and serve drink orders (bar and/or barista experience preferred).
• Engage with customers.
• Run food.
• Clear tables.
• Assist team members wherever needed.
