About The Position

As a Front of House Team Member at All Well, you will deliver a thoughtful and consistent guest experience across both dining room and bar service. This role requires a strong understanding of the menu, cocktail program, and service style, along with the ability to execute service with accuracy, attention to detail, and care. The Server / Bartender is a collaborative team member who contributes to a smooth service flow and upholds the standards of hospitality, professionalism, and accountability that define the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of fine dining restaurant experience required
  • Must hold (or be able to obtain and maintain) a Food Handler and BASSET certification
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach to service
  • Ability to work well with peers and managers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Comfortable learning and operating POS systems
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and use hands and arms throughout the workday
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 40 pounds, including carrying trays of food and beverages

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service, guiding guests through the menu and overall dining experience
  • Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely and clear communication with the kitchen
  • Inquire about and properly communicate all food allergies in accordance with restaurant policies
  • Display in-depth knowledge of all cocktail recipes and menu ingredients; bartenders must prepare drinks that consistently meet recipe and service standards
  • Deliver food and drinks with accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to service standards
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
  • Process guest checks and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Complete opening, closing, and ongoing side work, including polishing, restocking, and maintaining service stations
