We are looking for a passionate and motivated Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Marlborough. This role is designed for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading people, and wants to grow into higher levels of leadership over time. This is a hands on leadership opportunity where you will work directly alongside the leadership team to help create an exceptional guest experience, develop team members, and drive operational excellence during some of the restaurant’s busiest shifts. This position is primarily focused on evening and closing operations.
