This is a Front-of-House Supervisor Opportunity to be part of our team! We’re looking for a Front-of-House Supervisor who is passionate about leading a team and creating an exceptional guest experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, support and train team members, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • A guest-focused mindset and commitment to creating memorable experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with guests and lead your team effectively.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support your team whenever needed.

  • Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
  • Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.
