About The Position
VOX Kitchen, part of Kei Concepts, is a growing restaurant group known for creating unique dining experiences, bold flavors, and hospitality-driven service. VOX Kitchen offers modern Chifa-inspired cuisine in a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. As they prepare to open their new Aliso Viejo location, they are seeking passionate and dependable Front-of-House team members to join their new restaurant opening team. Open positions include Lead Server, Server, Host, Floor Assistant, Bartender, and Barback.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Bartender and Lead Server positions may require prior relevant experience.
- Food Handler Card certification required (Certification provided if needed).
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available for training prior to opening.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage guest seating and flow.
- Prepare and serve drinks.
- Assist with bar operations.
- Provide hospitality-driven service.
