About The Position
The Front of House Shift Assistant provides essential support to restaurant front-of-house operations, primarily in guest-facing areas and the quality coordinating alley. The role helps deliver a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations by supporting service standards, coordinating food-station quality, and assisting the restaurant team.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work around alcohol, based on state regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests.
- Deliver food and beverages.
- Assist staff with restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Support quality coordination of food stations.
- Help ensure service standards are upheld.
