About The Position

We're hiring a Front of House Manager for Ian's Pizza Verona to help lead our team, learn new skills, and have fun while earning $21.50/hour+ and benefits. We're opening a new restaurant in 2026. We'll be serving up our affordable, craft-quality pizza and this time with an expanded bar to go with it. As the Front of House Manager, you're the captain of the floor! Keeping the energy high, the service smooth, and the vibe unmistakably Ian's. You'll work with the GM and AGM to make sure your FOH crew has the training, tools, and support they need to crush every shift. A big part of your gig is training and developing your team. You'll be the lead trainer for FOH: showing staff the ropes, giving helpful feedback, and running quarterly reviews. There's also the behind-the-scenes restaurant work: manager meetings, responding to messages, tackling special projects, and working with leadership to make your department run like a well-oiled machine.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Shift Leader in the food and beverage industry.
  • Specific experience in Front of House is required.

  • Must complete a food safety certification course within 6 months.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use ovens, knives, and other equipment of the business.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant locations for a variety of shift times, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front of House team.
  • Train and develop the FOH team, acting as the lead trainer.
  • Provide helpful feedback to staff.
