About The Position
Ian's Pizza East Side is hiring part-time and full-time Counter Servers to start immediately. This role involves being the friendly face of the restaurant, greeting customers, slinging slices, mixing salads, and taking pick-up orders. You will work with a supportive team to handle opening and closing tasks such as cleaning and restocking. Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, and the team offers clear paths for growth with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion. The role requires being able to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 30lbs regularly, and be comfortable using restaurant equipment and working in varying temperatures. Applicants must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have English language proficiency. One late night shift per week is required, and the action happens on evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Able to stand/walk for long periods
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and equipment of the restaurant biz
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
- Must be 18+ to work at this location
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)
- English language proficiency is required
- Team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift
