About The Position
Jump in and keep things moving! As a server, you are the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days. You'll greet customers, sling slices, mix salads, and take pick-up orders by phone and at the counter. You'll work with a supportive, rockstar team to handle opening and closing checklist items like cleaning and restocking. No experience required, though previous server or customer service experience is a huge plus. We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for promotion. Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.
Requirements
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and equipment of the restaurant biz
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
- Need to be 18+ to work at this location
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)
- English language proficiency is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous server or customer service experience is a huge plus
