About The Position

Hai Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager for Uchi Dallas. Hai Hospitality is an innovative and growing restaurant group with restaurants in multiple cities across the US, and new openings planned. The Front of House Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant, responsible for leading the service team, supporting staff development, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects Hai Hospitality’s standards of thoughtful, genuine hospitality. Managers work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence, support team growth, and uphold the restaurant's culture. The company is looking for creative, ambitious individuals who are passionate about food and hospitality, team development, and the craft of great service. As the company continues its national growth, managers have opportunities to build long-term careers and pursue leadership roles across their markets.

Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
  • Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
  • Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
  • Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives
  • Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors
  • Experienced Restaurant Front of House Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Helps lead the service team
  • Supports the development of staff
  • Ensures that every guest experience reflects Hai Hospitality’s standards of thoughtful, genuine hospitality
  • Works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence
  • Works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support team growth
  • Works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to uphold the culture of the restaurant
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces
  • Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs
  • Maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming
  • Understand directives and communicate effectively with Leadership and coworkers
