About The Position

Rosati's Pizza & Sports Bar is looking for a motivated, hospitality-focused Front of House Manager to help lead our restaurant and sports bar operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with guests, coaching employees, leading by example, and creating an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building teams, and wants to grow with a successful family-owned business.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lead by example
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability
• TIPS Alcohol Certification (within 30 days of hire)
• ServSafe Certification (within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership
• Serve and bartend during assigned shifts while managing the floor
