Position Overview We’re seeking a passionate and hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to lead our service team in delivering memorable and fun dining experiences. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels cared for, every interaction is meaningful, and every service moment exceeds expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
  • A natural host – warm, confident, and attentive to detail
  • Strong knowledge of service standards and the ability to coach a team to uphold them
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of a high school education or equivalent with industry and managerial experience
  • Satisfactory completion of introductory period per company policy

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and inspire front of house staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s warmth and hospitality
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, floor management, and guest relations
  • Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to align service with culinary vision
  • Resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism, always aiming to delight
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and health & safety standards
  • Monitor inventory and supplies related to FOH operations
  • Create a culture of learning, growth, and excellence among your team
