About The Position

We are looking for a Front of House Day Manager to oversee operations, coach and develop team members, and deliver excellent guest care during our breakfast and lunch hours. Requirements

• Must be 18+ and able to work 6 AM - 2 PM, including Saturdays.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred).
• Strong communicator who can motivate and develop others.
• High energy, problem solver, moves with urgency.
• Confident and resourceful, with excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and building a winning team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the front of house team during morning and lunch operations (6 AM - 2 PM).
• Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards of service and hospitality.
• Manage daily labor goals and productivity.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence at all times.
• Partner with the Owner/Operator and Director team on business objectives.
• Create opportunities for team member development and advancement.
