About The Position
Picasso Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Front of House Leader to join our team at our Dominos Farm location in Ann Arbor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and can lead by example during busy service periods. The Front of House Leader will play a key role in daily café operations by supporting customer service, cashiering, deli operations, and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous café, deli, cashier, or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Food safety knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced café setting
- Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and deli items
- Maintain organization and flow of front-of-house operations
- Support and assist team members during busy meal periods
- Ensure cleanliness, stocking, and presentation standards are maintained
- Help create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff
