About The Position

Pret is looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to join their team as Front of House Leaders. This role involves leading and coaching teams, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is full-time, 35 hours per week, and offers significant opportunities for growth within the company, with many management and support roles filled by individuals who started on the shop floor. The Front of House Leader acts as an in-shop champion, responsible for team performance, profitability, and customer happiness through high standards and positive energy. They are expected to be hands-on, whether assisting with coffee preparation or managing operational figures.
