About The Position
Come be a part of our team at The Glade Scoops & Sweets! Located in the heart of Gladeville, TN. on Stewarts Ferry Pk., just off interstate 840. We are a family owned/operated ice cream & sweets shop just getting started. We are currently looking for someone in preparing customer ice cream orders and opening/closing the store.
Requirements
- Reliability and Punctuality: Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Friendly/happy demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Strong Communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Be creative and assist with new ice cream ideas for shakes, cakes, sundaes and more!
- 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Preparing customer ice cream orders
- Opening/closing the store
- Stocking and preparing ice cream and other products
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Operate a point of sale, process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries
- Follow food handling guidelines at all times
