About The Position

A Class B CDL Driver is responsible for the safe operation of a commercial truck. You will be responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in compliance with DOT and the Company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes driver vehicle condition reports (“DVIR”) on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner.

Requirements

1 Year Front Load Experience required
Great customer services skills - acts in a professional and courteous manner
Management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in a timely and safe manner
Follow through ability and adheres to work schedule.
Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules. Follows the Company’s safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks
Maintains a feeling of pride in work and strives to achieve all goals
Access to base required
Clean driving record
Up-to-date DOT medical card
Class B CDL
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Route driving: 1 year (Required)
CDL B (Required)
Ability to commute to Raleigh, NC (Required)
Ability to relocate to Raleigh, NC before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Ensures vehicle is in compliance with DOT and Company safety standards prior to operation.
Adheres to all Company, state, and federal regulations while operating the vehicle.
Completes daily driver vehicle condition reports (DVIR) to ensure timely repair of vehicle defects.
