The ServiceNow Service Portal Developer is responsible for creating and updating mobile and web‑based sites and portals within the ServiceNow platform. This role partners closely with UX/UI designers and the platform team to build new Service Portal components—including portals, pages, and custom widgets—aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform
3+ years of experience with modern web technologies, including one or more of the following: Standard and compliant HTML5 / CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Web frameworks, grid systems, and cross‑browser testing
Extensive knowledge of component libraries and front‑end frameworks
Experience working with one or more of the following: ServiceNow Service Portal configuration tools (Branding Editor, Page Designer, Page Editor, Widget Editor), Creating new portals from the ground up, Custom JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap
Strong understanding of responsive design, front‑end performance, and UI/UX implementation best practices
US Citizen
Ability to hold and maintain a secret level clearance, at minimum

Responsibilities
