Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service while resolving customer concerns in a positive manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate front-end operations, including cashiers and courtesy clerks, to ensure efficient service levels.
  • Monitor customer traffic and adjust staffing or workflow to maintain service standards.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including register tills, loans, pick-ups, refunds, and check approvals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front-end area while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Handle front-end operational issues such as pricing errors, scanning issues, and system malfunctions.
  • Supervise employees and enforce company policies, including dress code and safety guidelines.
  • Respond to emergencies, accidents, and customer or employee concerns in accordance with company procedures.
  • Delegate tasks, conduct store walks, and follow up to ensure completion of assigned duties.
  • Support store operations, including stocking, replenishment, and performing basic cash office functions.
