About The Position

PJP Marketplace is seeking an experienced Front End Manager to oversee all front-end operations, customer service, cash control, staffing, and team development. This leader will ensure operational excellence, drive customer satisfaction, maintain compliance, and support overall store performance.

Requirements

  • Previous retail front-end supervisory or management experience required.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cash handling, reporting, and POS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Customer Service Leads, Cashier Leads, and Cashiers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Oversee front-end cash handling, reconciliation, deposits, lottery, and Coinstar processes.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, training, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor front-end operations, lane flow, pricing accuracy, and store standards.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Support hiring efforts and conduct performance reviews and corrective actions as needed.
