Responsibilities

  • Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service aligned with company customer service standards
  • Supervise and coordinate front-end operations, including cashiers, courtesy clerks, and customer service staff
  • Monitor customer traffic, service levels, and maintain cleanliness, safety, and front-end appearance
  • Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, register operations, and compliance with cash control procedures
  • Resolve customer concerns and promote a positive, service-first environment
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of front-end employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Manage labor budgets, supplies, and support overall store performance goals
