We are seeking a Front-End Implementation Manager to own the onboarding and go-live experience for new clinics and health systems. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you are the polished, professional face of Nsight throughout implementation — the person providers and health-system leaders work with from signed deal to live program. You run each implementation as a project: timelines, milestones, stakeholders, and an on-time, clean go-live. You read the room, anticipate what a sophisticated physician or health-system executive needs before they ask, and keep every rollout calm, credible, and on track. You coordinate the data and delivery teams behind the scenes so the clinic only ever sees a smooth, confident process. When the program goes live, you run the warm handoff into Customer Success, delivering an account that is set up to win from day one, with the relationships and context transferred so the clinic never feels a seam. AI Fluency Requirement - Non-Negotiable Nsight Health is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work - not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role.

Requirements

  • Three or more years in implementation, onboarding, project management, or client-facing delivery, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
  • Strong project management ability, able to run multiple implementations to on-time completion.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, comfortable and credible with physicians and health-system leaders.
  • A proactive, anticipatory thinker who reads a room and gets ahead of problems.
  • Highly organized and calm under pressure, with sharp attention to detail.
  • High AI fluency, meaning active, working use of AI tools in your daily professional workflow.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in remote care, RPM, CCM, or chronic care implementations.
  • Health-system or multi-site provider implementation experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management training.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar project management and CRM tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation plan, timeline, and milestones for each new clinic and health system, driving a clean, on-time go-live. Run multiple concurrent implementations without dropping detail or letting timelines slip. Coordinate the Back-End Implementation Manager, Support, and the commercial team so that what was sold is what gets delivered.
  • Serve as the polished, professional point of contact throughout implementation, credible and composed in front of physicians and health-system leadership. Read the room and adapt, managing sophisticated stakeholders, expectations, and the occasional tense moment without losing the relationship. Communicate proactively with executive-ready status updates, kickoffs, and milestone reviews.
  • Anticipate blockers before they surface, escalate early, and drive them to resolution. Capture decision-maker contact information and confirm EMR and EHR access during implementation so the account meets the green-bar standard at handoff.
  • Run the structured handoff into the Customer Success Manager at go-live, transferring relationships, context, and account detail so the clinic experiences one continuous team.
