About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Front End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$29.13/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-10:00pm.

Requirements

• One or more years' experience in with payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping
• Prior team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of retail operations
• Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Managing and assisting Front End operations including: Scanning items, Entering pricing data, Processing payment, Packaging groceries, Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training front-end staff
• Scheduling front end staff
• Hire and train front end staff
• Assist Operations Manager in other assigned tasks
