Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on front-end development
- Over 5 years of strong hands-on expertise in Angular or React (critical skill for this role)
- Strong understanding of front-end engineering principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performing web applications
- Familiarity with modern UI development patterns and multi-platform front-end development
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to technical decisions
- Experience working in onshore-offshore model.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications
- Build scalable, high-performing front-end applications using Angular and modern web technologies
- Contribute across the full software lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Apply strong full stack engineering expertise to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert and contribute to key technical decisions within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals and delivery timelines
- Take ownership of workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions
- Solve complex technical problems and deliver solutions that can scale across multiple teams
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and promote engineering best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and overall efficiency
- Mentor and support team members through knowledge sharing and technical guidance
- Enhance system performance, reliability, and user experience through thoughtful design and optimization
