About The Position

Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Software Engineering for each missing year of college is required
At least 2 years of experience

Demonstrating proficiency in JavaScript and React Native

Responsibilities

Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to verify system requirements and stakeholder expectations
Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to improve software development and delivery efficiency
Managing client relationships and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts
Collaborating with teams to generate new ideas and solve problems using a broad range of tools and methodologies
Upholding professional and technical standards to maintain quality and compliance within projects
Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for software development projects
