About The Position

Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to Customers, Team Members & Outside Vendors. Responsibilities include Cashiering, Bagging, Cleaning, Merchandising, Stocking, Rotating Product, and Facing. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive customer experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the front end.

Requirements

Provide a World-Famous Friendly attitude to customers & team members.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to read case labels and shelf tags.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to multi-task & perform all tasks with a sense of urgency.
Ability to count change & balance cash drawer.
Ability to learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds.
Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Provide World Famous Friendly customer service with customers and teammates.
Work as part of a “team” atmosphere.
Perform cashier responsibilities, including smiling, greeting, and counting back change accurately.
Bag groceries accordingly, keeping like items together.
Carry out groceries to customers' vehicles.
Keep perishable merchandise rotated and pull out-of-date product as needed.
Greet customers who come into the store and be observant.
Maintain a neat appearance according to the company’s dress code policy.
Keep store shelves fully stocked according to information provided.
Assist in building store displays.
Observe policies and procedures established for each department.
Keep work area and check stand clean.
Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures.
Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
