About The Position

This role is responsible for providing World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. Key duties include cashiering, bagging groceries, cleaning, merchandising, stocking, rotating product, and facing products. The position emphasizes working as part of a team and maintaining a positive customer interaction.

Requirements

Provide a World-Famous Friendly attitude to customers & team members.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to read case labels and shelf tags.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to multi-task & perform all tasks with a sense of urgency.
Ability to count change & balance cash drawer.
Ability to learn, follow and model all safety operating procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds.
Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors.
Act as a cashier, accurately counting back change.
Bag groceries, keeping like items together.
Carry out groceries to customers' vehicles.
Rotate perishable merchandise and remove out-of-date product.
Greet customers entering the store and remain observant.
Maintain a neat appearance according to the company's dress code.
Keep store shelves fully stocked.
Assist in building store displays.
Observe and follow policies and procedures for each department.
Keep the work area and check stand clean.
Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures.
Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
