About The Position

Good Harvest Market, Waukesha County's largest independently owned natural and organic grocer, is currently seeking to hire enthusiastic part-time Front End Cashiers who are passionate about providing great customer service with a smile! Candidates must be able to work daytime hours until at least 4pm to be considered. Flexible retail availability is required, including weekend and holiday availability.

Requirements

• Must have flexible retail availability
• Regular and reliable attendance is required
• Must be able to communicate clearly with our customers
• Accurate cash handling skills
• A strong interest in natural foods and living
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Preferably have at least one year of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling cash with accuracy and care
• Efficiently performing customer transactions using our POS system
• Cleaning the department
• Retrieving carts from the parking lot
• Stocking and facing products as needed
