About The Position

Accenture is hiring a front-end engineer to build human-centered, intuitive, visually compelling, production-ready user experiences for Agentic AI products and solutions. The role focuses on evolving a cloud-based Agentic AI Studio, where users can create, customize, deploy, and manage AI agents through no-code experiences, and developing Agentic AI-as-a-Service solutions that make advanced AI capabilities useful for real-world business needs. The work covers end-user conversational, graphical, and multimodal experiences; no-code tools for creating and configuring agents; dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders; interactive development environments for developers extending agent logic; and client-facing applications integrated into existing systems and workflows. The engineer will turn complex AI capabilities, data, and workflows into simple, compelling, and trustworthy experiences for technical and nontechnical users. The role collaborates with product designers, AI researchers and engineers, client teams, and business stakeholders. It combines hands-on engineering with rapid prototyping, product innovation, technical demonstrations, and production delivery. Depending on experience and seniority, the engineer may also provide technical leadership in front-end architecture, design systems, visualization frameworks, reusable components, and engineering practices. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements. A portfolio of previous front-end work is strongly encouraged.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a front-end, full-stack, or software engineer building and supporting production software applications.
At least 3 years of experience applying computer science fundamentals, including software architecture, system design, and programming.
At least 2 years of experience developing modern web applications with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.
Experience designing and implementing graphical user interfaces, interactive web applications, or data visualization interfaces.
At least 2 years of experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, defined as at least 12 years of work experience; applicants with an associate’s degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Applicants for US employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
Travel may be required, depending on business need and client requirements.

Nice To Haves

Extensive experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Clojure.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
Experience creating intuitive, visually compelling, responsive, production-ready graphical user interfaces.
Familiarity with UI frameworks and design systems such as Material UI, Ant Design, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience translating UX/UI designs from Figma into production-ready applications.
Understanding of human-centered design, usability, accessibility, and Human-Computer Interaction principles.

Experience developing applications powered by Generative AI, LLM APIs, AI agents, or agentic AI systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for emerging technologies, rapid innovation, and tangible business outcomes.
A portfolio of past front-end work is strongly encouraged and highly recommended.
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Visualization, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop graphical user interfaces for conversational, visual, and multimodal interactions with AI agents.
Develop human-AI collaboration experiences for feedback, clarification, approvals, supervision, intervention, and escalation.
Create experiences that help users understand AI-generated insights, recommendations, decisions, and actions.
Create AI-assisted agent development experiences, including generated workflows, conversational configuration, and iterative refinement.
Develop visual testing, debugging, simulation, and monitoring interfaces for evaluating and improving agent behavior.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and information visualizations communicating agent performance, operational status, and business impact.
Build interfaces that help users explore AI-generated insights, identify trends, investigate issues, and make informed decisions.
Create customizable dashboards for business leaders, AI creators, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
Design and develop client-facing Agentic AI applications and experiences for specific business challenges and workflows.
Integrate front-end applications with APIs, backend services, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain reusable UI components, visualization libraries, and design systems.
Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, AI researchers, product teams, and engineers to prototype, evaluate, and refine AI experiences.
Contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, continuous integration, and production releases.
Depending on experience and seniority, provide technical leadership in front-end architecture, design systems, visualization frameworks, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
