About The Position

The Westerner is looking for a Front Door Person to work every Friday and Saturday from 6:30 pm - 2:30 am. This part-time role involves being the first and last point of contact for customers, checking IDs, handling transactions, and contributing to a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat and friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is crucial for ensuring customer service standards and creating a fun atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

Requirements

Must be 21 years-of-age or older.
Must be available to work holidays.
Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings.
Team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salt Lake County Food Handler's Permit (or secure one within 14 days of hire).
Utah Sips and Tips Certification.

Responsibilities

Check all guests' IDs and scan them in.
Take payment for the cover charge (cash and credit card transactions).
Check guest bags or coordinate with security for bag checks.
Double-check all guests entering and re-entering to ensure they have entered correctly.
Stamp all customer hands upon entry.
Tidy up the space at the end of the night.
Secure the till at the end of the night.
Assist with cleaning at the end of the night.
Wear a Walkie Talkie to communicate with the team.
