Mighty Pilates was founded in 2009 by Cricket Wardein with a single studio in Presidio Heights—our flagship location that proudly remains open today. Since then, our mission has remained the same: deliver the industry's best Pilates experience through exceptional Certified Pilates Instructors who help every client feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. As our community grew, so did Mighty Pilates. We expanded throughout the Bay Area before bringing the Mighty Pilates experience to Los Angeles, where our Santa Monica studio has become one of the busiest Pilates studios in the United States. Today, we continue to grow while staying true to the experience that has defined us from the beginning. No matter which studio you visit, you'll find the same welcoming atmosphere. From the moment clients walk through our doors, they're greeted with genuine hospitality, guided through check-in, and made to feel at home. Every class is led by a passionate Certified Pilates Instructor who delivers a challenging, high-energy workout while fostering encouragement, connection, and confidence. We believe the experience extends beyond the workout—it begins with a warm welcome and ends with gratitude, leaving every client excited to return. Our Mighty Pilates Berkeley studio is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and personable Guest Services Associate. This role is so much more than answering phones and cleaning. You play a vital role in the Mighty Pilates Client Experience as you are the first and last person our clients see. And our number one goal is that our Clients have the best experience each time they come in a Mighty Pilates.
Requirements
- Energetic, personable Guest Services Associate who is passionate about Pilates and dedicated to creating an exceptional client experience.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable presenting information to individuals and small groups.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities
- Execute the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, and membership sales.
- Book prospective clients into Intro Classes and convert them into long-term members.
- Conduct studio tours while building relationships and understanding each client's individual Pilates goals.
- Present memberships, retail products, private training, and teacher training opportunities to prospective and current members.
- Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and continued engagement.
- Participate in community outreach, special events, grand openings, health fairs, and local partnerships to promote Mighty Pilates.
- Continuously develop sales and customer service skills through coaching and training.
- Support daily studio operations and perform other duties as assigned.
