About The Position

The Front Desk staff member is a pivotal role on the SEIC team, ensuring that business operations and activities are organized and moving forward. This pivotal role is responsible for providing administrative support to staff, overseeing phone communications and being the face of the organization for all who enter the location.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to problem solve and work both independently and with a team are a must in addition to excellent communication skills!

Responsibilities

  • Greet the public and refer them to the appropriate staff member
  • Scan documents and place them in charts, fax correspondence, manage the mail
  • Maintain the front lobby area to be clean and free of clutter and welcoming
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensuring successful meetings
  • Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns is a must
