About The Position

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk associate to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle administrative and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain guest logs as needed
  • Coordinate deliveries, packages, and service requests
  • Respond to resident concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily logs
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintenance requests
  • Support property management staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized and presentable
  • Enforce community policies and procedures professionally
