We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will contribute to the success of our practice.

Requirements

  • Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using dental software and computer systems.
  • Compassion and a genuine desire to assist patients in their dental care journey.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing the daily schedule for both efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying insurance information and processing payments accurately.
  • Handle phone inquiries, emails, and in-person requests professionally and courteously, addressing patient questions and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  • Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and provide clear explanations of benefits to patients.
  • Support our community service initiatives and explore opportunities for charitable involvement.
