Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests
- Answer the phone and make reservations
- Make judgment calls with confidence and care
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area
- Assist other departments as needed
- Setup and maintain continental breakfast
