About The Position

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors at a condominium community. This position provides excellent customer service while maintaining a secure, welcoming, and organized front desk environment.

  • Ability to respond to resident requests and concerns.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of the Miami area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Monitor and control access to the building in accordance with community procedures.
  • Verify and register guests, contractors, deliveries, and service providers.
  • Maintain visitor and delivery logs and other required front desk records.
  • Receive and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries as required.
  • Issue and manage visitor parking passes and access credentials.
  • Monitor security cameras and report unusual or suspicious activity to management or security.
  • Communicate with residents regarding building amenities, policies, procedures, and community information.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, management, housekeeping, and security staff as needed.
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns and direct them to the appropriate department or manager.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and professional front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, notices, forms, and basic correspondence.
  • Handle emergency situations according to established condominium procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and community information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Association Management.
