About The Position

Nitro Swimming is looking for a Front Desk Team Member who will be the 'FACE' of the company, embodying a welcoming, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude. This role is ideal for a naturally happy individual who loves interacting with kids and families and aims to brighten people's days. The Front Desk Team Member will be the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for administrative tasks and providing customer support both in-person and over the phone. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for this position.
