About The Position
Nitro Swimming is looking for a Front Desk Team Member who will be the 'FACE' of the company. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting customers both in person and over the phone. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail for administrative tasks and customer support. The ideal candidate is a naturally happy person who enjoys working with kids and families and aims to make people's days brighter.
Requirements
- Open availability.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Willingness to work two Saturday shifts per month.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in customer support.
