This role supervises daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between. The supervisor will coach, train, and motivate front desk associates, handle guest concerns with grace and urgency, and monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards. They will also jump in wherever needed, whether that’s answering phones, updating the reader board, or helping with VIP arrivals.
