About The Position

The Front Desk Supervisor leads daily front desk operations to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience. This role oversees check-in and check-out processes, resolves guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, and ensures accuracy in reservations and financial transactions. As the leader on duty, the Front Desk Supervisor coaches and supports associates, upholds brand standards, and fosters a welcoming, service-driven environment aligned with our commitment to genuine hospitality.

Requirements

  • Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure efficient and accurate guest check-in and check-out
  • Train, coach, and support front desk associates to deliver exceptional service and meet brand standards
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to manage room readiness and optimize room assignments based on guest needs
  • Monitor reservations, room inventory, and occupancy levels to support operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and compliance with accounting procedures
  • Review daily logs and communicate key updates across shifts and departments
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest requests and support overall hotel operations
