About The Position

The Hilton Bellevue is currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor provides guidance and leadership to the front desk staff in an effort to ensure consistent quality customer service and a seamless operation.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk experience (2+ years)
  • Excellent organization, communication, problem resolution, and team work skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Previous OnQ PMS experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Instruct front desk agents, operators and bell staff in all aspects of work. Observe performance and encourage improvement.
  • Manage front desk operations by completing a daily checklist, determining room rate and availability, assist front desk staff and other departments with questions or requests.
  • Resolve customer complaints by conducting research of the situation and resolving the issue to the guests' satisfaction. Authorize allowance when appropriate.
  • Prepare and conduct daily pre-shift meetings, communicate effectively with all hotel staff and provide information in order to best serve guests and employees.
  • Make recommendations for training related issues and standard operating procedures.
  • May act as the Manager on Duty, and be required to respond in emergency situations
