About The Position
Front Desk Supervisor – TPI Hospitality Location: Holiday Inn Maple Grove Position: Full-Time|Front Desk Supervisor Shift: Full-time schedule Mix of AM and PM shifts (AM shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM| PM shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) Weekend availability required Pay: 50-60k Must have Hotel Experience! - Must have Hotel Experience!
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
