About The Position
The Pfister Hotel, a luxury hotel in downtown Milwaukee with over 130 years of history and AAA Four Diamond status for over 50 consecutive years, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor. This role is for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the hotel's legacy of gracious service and impeccable style. The position is full-time and hourly, with a pay rate of $18-20 based on experience.
Requirements
- Previous hotel front office or hospitality leadership experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
- Lead, train, and support front desk associates, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
- Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience.
