About The Position

Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between. Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates. Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a can-do attitude. Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards. Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s answering phones, updating the reader board, or helping with VIP arrivals.

Requirements

  • Customer service and leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Tech confident
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
