About The Position

The Front Desk Supervisor manages all aspects of the Front Desk including Front Desk/Guest Service Agents, staff training and labor management, business reconciliations, audits, reservations, and guest satisfaction. This role involves maintaining administrative records, forms, and compliance documents, supporting onboarding tasks, and assisting General Managers with scheduling, reports, and internal documentation. The supervisor will also coordinate with corporate accounting/HR and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Front Desk hotel experience required
  • Accounting, bookkeeping, or invoice processing experience preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance guest service with administrative work
  • Comfortable working with PMS and accounting systems

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred
