About The Position

The Front Desk Supervisor manages all aspects of the Front Desk including Front Desk/Guest Service Agents, staff training and labor management, business reconciliations, audits, reservations, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Front Desk hotel experience required (supervisory preferred)
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to balance guest service with administrative work
  • Comfortable working with PMS and accounting systems

Nice To Haves

  • Accounting, bookkeeping, or invoice processing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain administrative records, forms, and compliance documents.
  • Support onboarding tasks such as new hire setups, training documents, or communication logs.
  • Assist GMs with scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and managing internal documentation.
  • Coordinate with corporate accounting/HR as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
