As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting guests and providing exceptional guest services throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. You will contribute to the first impressions of our guests and perform tasks to the highest standards. This role involves occupying the hotel lobby and public areas, representing the General Manager in their absence, and managing security and emergency procedures. You will also handle guest complaints, support the Night Auditor with front desk and accounting duties, produce nightly reports, and maintain communication with various hotel departments. Adherence to fire, health, and safety regulations, as well as environmentally-conscious practices, are essential.
