This role is responsible for supervising all aspects of the Front Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. The supervisor will direct, implement, and maintain a strong service and management philosophy for the staff. Key duties include maintaining complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, availability, and expected arrivals/departures. The supervisor will handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, assist staff with their job functions for optimum guest service, and monitor/maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas. Additionally, the role involves presenting guest folios, processing payments, and adhering to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures. Other duties may be assigned.
