Handle guest concerns with grace, urgency, and a can-do attitude that sets the tone. Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand and safety standards. Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s answering phones, updating the reader board, or helping with VIP arrivals.

Requirements

  • Customer service and leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Tech confident
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet

Responsibilities
